BATH LOCATION 101 Centre st Bath, ME 04530
Look for the the three story brick building at 101 Centre st and we are located in the back.
Go down the driveway in between the Edward Jones business storefront on Centre st and the train tracks.
There is ample parking in the parking lot.
The clinic entrance is a glass door with our signage, you can come right in.
PORTLAND LOCATION 440 Forest Ave Portland, ME 04101
Look for the the white house at the corner of Forest Ave and Pitt st, across from Burger King.
There is street parking available on Pitt st or in the surrounding area. There is a sign outside the building that says “Carie Bernard Acupuncture”, this is the correct place.
You can enter the front door and come up the stairs to the right and wait in the waiting area.
